How much does a turnkey Czech Ltd (s.r.o.) cost?

Incorporation costs CZK 7,900 incl. VAT – the founding documents, notary preparation, trade licence and register entry are included. The notary's fee and administrative charges are paid separately and we quantify them in advance.

How long does it take to set up an s.r.o.?

Once you supply the details we prepare the documents and arrange the notary; the overall time depends on the notary's and the court's availability. The lawyer confirms the timeline right after you order.

What do I need for the incorporation?

The company name, registered office, scope of business, amount of registered capital and the details of shareholders and directors. We help with all of it – including checking that the name isn't confusingly similar to an existing one.

We're founding the company with partners. What should we watch out for?

The setup of relationships between partners: share split, voting, a partner leaving. It pays to add a shareholders' agreement (CZK 6,900 incl. VAT) that handles situations verbal agreements can't.
