Arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber

A graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where in 1980 she passed the rigorosum and earned a doctorate in law (JUDr.). She gained experience as an in-house lawyer and as a researcher at the Research Institute for Labour and Social Affairs. She has practised as an attorney since 1996 and is a long-standing arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber.

3 years of experience

She earned her master's degree in law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where she successfully defended her doctoral degree in May 2025. She has been with the Tutter law firm since 2023, where she started as a paralegal. In 2022 she completed a professional internship at the Ministry of Justice in the department of supervision and disciplinary matters. She also gained valuable experience in notarial practice. In 2019 she took part in the Erasmus+ programme, working at Devaney & Durkin in Dublin, where she focused on legal administration. She specialises primarily in European, international and civil law, with an emphasis on the protection of fundamental human rights. She speaks Czech, Russian and English.
