Administrative law

Representation in building and administrative proceedings and dealings with authorities. We guide you through the red tape stress-free.

Showing 2 services

Building permits, misdemeanours, the cadastre, dealing with authorities – administrative law is where ordinary people run into official procedures, deadlines and forms. A lawyer takes over communication with the authority and makes sure the proceedings don't stall and your rights don't get lost.

Most often we represent clients in building and other administrative proceedings: from reviewing the documents before filing, through neighbours' objections, to defending against an authority's inaction. All online, with a fixed price upfront.

Frequently asked questions in this area

How much does representation before the authorities cost?
Representation in building proceedings costs CZK 6,900 incl. VAT, in other administrative proceedings CZK 6,900. Administrative fees are paid separately.
The authority isn't deciding and the proceedings drag on. Can I defend myself?
Yes, there are legal tools against delays – from a formal reminder to measures against inaction. A lawyer chooses the approach based on the state of your proceedings.
Can you also help before I file the application?
Yes – having the plan and the documents checked beforehand is the cheapest prevention. Uncovering a problem before filing always beats fixing a rejected application.
